Welcome to Thrifty Wheels Car Rental. By using our website or rental services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• All rentals are subject to availability, terms of this agreement, and applicable UAE laws.
• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, with all documents and accessories.
• Early returns or cancellations are non-refundable.
  
  

• Minimum age to rent or drive: 21 years.
• Only the Hirer and authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least one year is required.
  
  

• Vehicles may not be used for off-road driving, racing, drifting, towing, desert driving, or any illegal activities.
• Smoking and transporting illegal goods is strictly prohibited.
• Hirers are responsible for all fines, tolls, and traffic violations.
  
  

• Hirers are responsible for any loss or damage to the vehicle not covered by insurance.
• No insurance coverage applies if the vehicle is subleased, driven by unauthorized drivers, used under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or driven outside the UAE.
• Hirers must follow all accident or theft procedures, including notifying police and Thrifty Wheels immediately.
  
  

• Daily rental rates are based on 24-hour periods. Extra hours, mileage, weekends, and holidays may incur additional charges.
• Deposits and fees may be charged to the Hirer’s credit or debit card.
• Damage fees, fines, or unauthorized repairs are the responsibility of the Hirer.
  
  

• Vehicles must be returned clean and with the same fuel level as provided.
• Fees may apply for dirt, smoking, food stains, or scratches.
  
  

• The Hirer agrees to indemnify Thrifty Wheels against any loss, liability, or expense resulting from misuse, accidents, or third-party claims.
  
  

• This agreement is governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.
• Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
  
  

By renting a vehicle, the Hirer confirms:

• Receipt of the vehicle in good condition.
• Responsibility for all charges, fines, and damages.
• Authorization for Thrifty Wheels to charge additional fees to the credit/debit card if necessary.
